The iconic LA landmark needed to land more customers
With the world recovering from a global pandemic, The Original Farmers Market aimed to not only reinvigorate foot traffic, but to grow their customer base, getting more people to shop their grocers, markets, butchers, and bakeries.

A new approach for an LA icon
Even icons have to battle growing competition and visibility in a vibrant city like Los Angeles, two challenges that had us champing at the bit. With vibrant colors, clever headlines, and a touch of nostalgia, we aimed to remind people what made The Original Farmers Market a local landmark in the first place - its diverse offerings and endless variety of unique shops. Then our media team took the reins, leveraging hyper-targeted ads and deploying localized tactics like posters and billboards that essentially blanketed the cityscape. This creative shift and strategic media play not only revitalized the brand's image but also translated into real business results, established a connection with customers old and new, and paved the way for more growth in the future.
